Lactina Select Breastpump Rental Program

(For Customers Outside NE Tennessee and SW Virginia)

You may lease the Lactina Select (pictured above with double pumping kit) from Breastfeeding Essentials. The procedure to lease the pump is as follows:

1. Minimum 3 month lease.

2. Lease rate is $40 per month for customers outside the NE Tennessee, SW Virginia area.

3. Please call or email to request a rental agreement be emailed or faxed to you 1-888-486-5591 or breastfeedingessentials@gmail.com). A total rental charge of $130.00 will be charged to your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.

4. Your 3 month rental agreement will begin 5 days after we ship your pump (to allow time for delivery).

5. We will ship your pump to you via Priority Mail usually within 24 hours of your call. It should arrive within 2-3 business days.

6. Shipping is free!

7. IMPORTANT NOTE: Remember that in order to pump with the Lactina Select, you MUST have either the Lactina Rental Kit or the Double Pumping Kit (or similar Medela pumping kit). If you already have a pumping kit, please call Katherine to verify that it is compatible with the Lactina Select.

RENTAL OPTIONS (PLEASE READ BOTH)

Example: You call on June 3 with your credit card information to request a pump for rental. Your three month rental contract will then begin on June 8th and expire on September 8th. You will have a full 10 days after September 8th (till September 18) to return the pump back to Breastfeeding Essentials before any additional charges will be billed to your credit card. A charge of $2.50 per day will be charged to your credit card every day the pump is late not to exceed the $40.00 monthly fee. In this example, if we receive the pump on September 21, an additional $7.50 will be charged to your credit card.

We would prefer that you return the pump in the original shipping box, packaged similarly to the way in which it was shipped to you. Return shipping method will be your choice.

You may extend your rental agreement on a monthly basis beyond the initial three month period. Using the above example: If you have not notified Becky that you will be returning the pump by the expiration date of the month (the 8th in this example), your credit card will be charged for the next month's fee ($45.00) on or around the 8th. In each following month your card will be charged the fee of $45.00 again on or around the 8th until you notify Becky either by phone or email that you plan to return the pump. You should notify her of your plans to return the pump as close to the date of expiration as possible (the 8th in this example). When you decide to return the pump you have a full 10 days past your month's expiration date to return it. In this example, it would need to be returned to Breastfeeding Essentials no later than the 18th of the month. After the 10 days your credit card will be charged $2.50 for each day that the pump is late not to exceed the $45.00 per month rental fee.

You may keep the pump as long as you need it and your credit card company is allowing the additional months' charges to be placed on your card..

We prefer that you ship the pump back in the original shipping box, packaged similarly to the way in which it was shipped to you. Return shipping method is your choice; however please choose a return shipped method which provides you with some type of proof of return in case the pump is lost or stolen in the mail.
